2025 Citizen Safety Insurance Guide


The City of Dangjin has taken the initiative to provide financial protection to its citizens against disasters and accidents by directly subscribing to and operating the Citizen Safety Insurance.

1. Insurance Subscription Details
Insured : All citizens of Dangjin City who are registered residents (including registered foreigners).
Subscription Process : Automatic subscription for all Dangjin citizens (automatically terminated upon moving out).
Premium : Free of charge (fully covered by Dangjin City)

2. Insurance Claim Procedure
Claimant : The insured or legal heir.
Claim Period : Within 3 years from the date of the accident.
Coverage Items : Medical expenses for injuries (excluding those with private insurance that covers actual loss), death from injuries (excluding traffic accidents), etc.
